Bordeaux inspired blend of 65% Petit Verdot, 25% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The Petit Verdot delivers a weighty black currant note that’s lifted by the violet and herbal elements of the Cabernet Franc. Cabernet Sauvignon contributes a soft tannic backbone.
Pairs with: Brochette of rosemary-marinated pork, herbal meat or vegetarian dishes infused with sage, thyme, rosemary. Roast chicken with tomato and marjoram.
